Kim got a heavy rock placed on her marriage finger by baby daddy, Kanye West at the AT& T center on October 21st infront of few family and friends. An event which even saw the absence of Kim’s former step-father Bruce Jenner.
One way or the other, the two-and-a-half minute clip found its way to the popular video site YouTube immediately after the engagement gig and the new couple are now pointing accusing fingers to Chad Hurley, the co-founder of YouTube.
A law suit has been filed against Chad as Kanye and Kim claims that the right to show the video belongs to them and they would have prefered to release the video on their show “Keeping Up With The Kardashian.”
Chad is also accused of sharing the video with his over 500,000 followers and also sharing it on his own personal site MixBit.
The major claim by Kanye is that Chad wasn’t invited to the party but one way or the other, he found his way through and got the clip first.
Chad’s company has been sued for an undisclosed fee for damages.
